Tiana specializes in multinational companies and has held various positions in the areas of Recruitment and Selection, Organizational Development, and Talent Training and Development. Her training is oriented to processes with high organizational impact.
Throughout her career, she has successfully led initiatives such as the conceptualization of an integrated talent management system, the development and implementation of Assessment and Development Centers, Career Development programs (trainees), Organizational Change processes (downsizing), and Change Management processes, or the centralization of Human Resources operational processes (Shared Services Centers for HR), among others.
She graduated in Business Administration from PUCMM (Pontificia Universidad Católica Madre y Maestra) and has a Master’s degree in Human Resources Strategic Management from EOI (Escuela de Organización Industrial) in Madrid, Spain.
Trained in competency-based selection techniques and assessment center methodologies, she has completed various specialization courses on the use of TTI Success Insights DISC and PIAV assessment tools, based on behaviors and motivators, and Hogan Assessment systems, as well as on High Performance Team Development models, following the Rocket Model and Leadership Development methodology delivered in the Coaching Play certification course.
