ASSESSMENT CENTER

The Assessment Center service creates a case study based on the competencies that need to be measured for the position; the behaviors observed in the completion of this case study by the finalist candidate or candidates will provide in-depth information regarding their suitability for the position.

Person-Job Fit

This measures the compatibility between the individual and the position; once the Assessment Center process is completed, we shall issue a report on each candidate with the conclusions of the study, as well as our recommendations, so that the hiring decision can be made even more objectively.
